TERMS OF WARRANTY

#1 Instruments are guaranteed to the original purchaser, against defective workmanship and material, excluding normal wear and tear for 2 years.

#2 Normal adjustments of all instruments are free of charge for two years. Adjustments do not include repairs necessary due to normal wear and tear.

#3 LJ Hutchen guarantees that the lacquer, silver, or nickel finish is of high quality material and workmanship. Finish is not covered when damage is a result of perspiration, acidity, and/or corrosiveness in the atmosphere.

#4 This warranty is null and void if repair work is done by a technician not authorized by LJ Hutchen Band Instruments.
