Product Updates - February 20, 2003, including Department 56 Database Update

Book Library

1) You can now attach up to two pictures to each book you have on file in Book Library.

2) You can now import an existing ASCII text file from another program into Book Library.

Coins – The quantity made field has been expanded to allow for quantities up to 2,147,483,647.

Department 56

1) Updated master database that comes with the program now includes over 2100 Department 56 items, including the December 2002 new introductions, which will be released into stores during the year 2003.

2) New tools that allow you to view the master database that comes with the program and quickly find any Department 56 item from any village. There are also several new database reports including Year Issued and Year Retired, by village.

3) View or print the complete Department 56 family tree and see how the different villages relate to each other and when they were introduced and retired.

4) The master database now includes the Holy Land Series, including The Little Town Of Bethlehem, The Easter Story Series & Parables Of Jesus. The American Pride, Monopoly, and Disney Parks series have also been added to the database.

5) The pictures that are displayed in the Department 56 program have been improved to prevent distortion.

6) There is a new report that allows you to print an inventory report for a specific location or box.

Home Inventory

1) Two new columns have been added to the Custom Report Setup for Extended Cost and Extended Market Value. Totalizers have been increased to handle values up to $9,999,999.99. The Quantity totalizer has been formatted correctly.

2) The landscape versions of the Inventory Valuation and Insurance Reports have been redesigned to include an Extended Value column.

3) The picture, receipt and warranty images will now display without distortion in Home Inventory.

Label Maker – Label Maker has a new and improved Users Manual and has been updated to a full network compatible version.
