We have just completed our largest program update to date. The following modules have enhanced with many new exciting features: HMS Boyds Bears, HMS Boyds Plush, HMS Coins, HMS Diecast, HMS Gemstones, HMS Generic Collector, HMS Kitchen Helper, HMS Lighthouse Collector, HMS Password Organizer, HMS Stamps, HMS Trains, and HMS Wedding Planner. If you haven’t tried them yet, download your free demo now. 1) In Wedding Planner, the lookup feature that allows you to import an ASCII text file has been corrected. 2) In Wedding Planner, the problem of data being lost from the Budget files has been corrected. 3) The templates in Generic Collector have been improved for easier readability when browsing your collection. 4) The image displays in Generic Collector have been enlarged and improved to prevent distortion. 5) Four new report templates have been added to Generic Collector. These templates allow you to generate a report based on any of your four defined sort orders, with sub-totals by each sorting method. 6) In Generic Collector, you can now print lists of the four user defined sorting orders. 7) In Generic Collector, the number of images that can be attached to an item has been increased from two to four. 8) The Items Sold Report has been corrected to properly reflect the Total Profit/Loss for all items sold. This affects the following collector modules: Boyds Bears, Boyds Plush, Coins, Die Cast Collector, Gemstones, Generic Collector, Lighthouse Collector, Stamps & Trains. 9) When doing a backup for HMS Home Management Suite, the error that occurred for owners of Generic Collector has been corrected. 10) In HMS Stamps, the date fields have been reformatted from mm/dd/yy to mm/dd/yyyy. This will allow entering any date from January 1st, 1801 through December 31, 2099. 11) In Boyds Bears, Boyds Plush, Coins, Die Cast Collector, Gemstones, Kitchen Helper, Lighthouse Collector, Stamps & Trains the size of the images has been increased by 30%. In addition all images will now retain their respective aspect ratio and not appear distorted. 12) In HMS Trains, three new reports have been added, Manufacturer, Road Name and Type. These reports will print the report by the appropriate sorting order and provide sub-totals for every Manufacturer, Road Name or Type. These reports make it easy to determine what items you have in your collection for any Manufacturer, Road Name or Type. 13) In HMS Trains, you can now print lists of the four sorting orders: Manufacturers, Road Names, Types and Set Names. 14) In HMS Boyds Bears, Boyds Plush, Coins, DieCast, Gemstones, Generic Collector, Lighthouse Collector, Stamps & Trains, the Items Sold report has been enhanced to allow you to print the report for any specific date range you wish. 15) In HMS Boyds Bears, Boyds Plush, Coins, DieCast, Gemstones, Generic Collector, Lighthouse Collector, Stamps & Trains, there is a new Purchased Items Report, which will list all items purchased in any given date range. 16) In HMS Kitchen Helper, the Ingredients and Preparation fields have been increased in size to 64K. 17) In HMS Kitchen Helper, the printing of your recipe file has been greatly enhanced. You can now actually print a cookbook of all your recipes or a group of them. The Cookbook report contains options to include a Cover or title page that you can customize, print a Table Of Contents, print category separators, and include a detailed Index. 18) In HMS Kitchen Helper, you can now copy a complete recipe to the Windows clipboard for easy transfer to another program or to email to a friend. 19) In HMS Kitchen Helper, you can now create your weekly grocery shopping lists. Select from the existing 340 common items, add your own new items, calculate grocery costs, and track coupons. 20) In HMS Password Organizer, new fields have been added for Date Password Last Changed, Account Number, Security Question and Security Answer. 21) In HMS Stamps, the report column titles have been corrected.
