HMS Photo Manager Update

HMS Photo Manager has been updated. The CREATE PICTURE CD utility has been enhanced to allow both copying the picture files (and software) to a CD (as before) or to a temporary directory (new), which will allow you to copy the files to the CD at a later date.

This feature was added to assist users in creating a picture CD with various types of CD burners.
