New Features in HMS Password Organizer

The Password organizer program has been updated to include the following new features:

1) You can now password protect the Password Organizer program with it’s own unique password. To setup this feature, open the Password Organizer program, then press the Setup System button in the lower right corner, then check Use Password and enter the password you wish to use.

2) You can now copy the User ID or Password fields directly to the Windows clipboard. Highlight the account you wish to use and then simply press the Copy User ID or Copy Password buttons. This will copy the field to the Windows clipboard for an easy paste into your browser.

3) We have added two additional Security Question fields for a total of three, as most financial institutions are now requiring three.

4) We have added an Authentication Image field to record the name of the authentication image now supplied by many financial institutions and other websites.

5) We now allow for the removal of a Security Question, if you have entered an incorrect one. You can also browse all the current Security Questions available. To access this feature, press the Security button in the lower right corner.

6) The Memo field has been expanded to 64K to allow for lengthy notes regarding an account.

7) The Web Address field has been lengthened to accommodate longer web addresses.

8) The Password Organizer reports have been updated to include the new fields.
