You can search the entire database for a specific album title, artist, file number, category, media, status, location, set name or catalog number. You can also print the information for a specific album and it’s songs or view any memos for the highlighted album from this screen as well as view the total number of albums in your collection and the total value of all the albums in your inventory. All the songs for an album will also be displayed on this window. Use the Copy button to quickly make an exact copy of an album.

This is the main window where you will add all your new albums and make changes to existing ones.

The screen shot above shows the Changing An Audio Album Record screen. There are several tabs of data that can be entered for each album in your library. Some of the fields that are available are: File Number, Album Title, Artists, Status, Media, Category, Multi-Album Set, Recording Company, Release Year, Location, Catalog Number, Conditions, Rating, Play Times, Number Of Songs, Purchase Information, Selling/Sold Information, Lent To, Memos or Notes, as well as four additional customizable fields. The screen shot above shows the SONGS Tab of an Audio Library record. This tab allows you to list all the songs that are on an album. You can easily toggle from side 1 to side 2.
