Use this software to provide complete maintenance and expense records for every vehicle you own. The mileage log lets you track every trip that you took. Schedule your future maintenance and never forget a service again.
Suitable for people that only own one car or companies that have a fleet of hundreds. Also great for tracking service and expenses for your boat, RV, motor home, trailer or motorcycle.
There are over thirty five fields of information available for each vehicle as well as separate service, mileage, and maintenance logs.

The screen shot above shows the Browse window for all your vehicles in Auto Log. The four-in-one feature of this window allows you to view all your vehicles and the service, mileage, and scheduled maintenance logs all from one window. For operators of large fleets, you can sort the vehicle by: Plate, Make, Type, VIN, Fleet # or Vehicle #. | 
The screen shot above shows the Editing a Vehicle window in Auto Log. There are over thirty-five fields of information that you can enter for each vehicle, including purchase and sale information, insurance and auto club information, registration and lien holder information, as well as general information regarding the vehicle. In addition there is a notepad that you can use to add just about anything else you wish. | 
The screen shot above shows the Trip Log window in Auto Log. The Trip Log records all trips (with mileages, times and destinations) for all vehicles. In addition there is a notepad for each trip where you can enter any additional information or comments about the trip. Save all your common destinations in a lookup file for quick and easy data entry. Track business trips separate from personal use.

The screen shot above shows the Service Log window in Auto Log. The service Log records all service and expenses for your vehicle. Using the lookups for the Service Types and Garages makes your data entry easy. In addition there is a notepad for each expenses where you can enter any additional information or comments as needed. The Service Log can be sorted in several ways to make finding any entry easy. | 
The screen shot above shows the Scheduled Maintenance window in Auto Log. The Scheduled Maintenance feature allows you to set up future maintenance for your vehicles so that routine service will not be forgotten. Once a service is completed, it can easily be transferred to the Service Log with the click of the mouse.
