Inventory all your books, paperbacks, periodicals and more. Thirty-six fields of information are available for each book. Great for insurance purposes. Track any book lent to a friend. Create Want and Sell lists. Search entire database for a specific author, publisher, subject, and category of book. Enter your own comments and ratings.

This program allows you to inventory your books, soft and hard cover, magazines, comic books, etc. into a format that you can easily access, print or sort. The program allows you to document your collection for insurance purposes, produce Have, Want, Sold and Sell lists and track your collection's market value. There are numerous fields of information available for each book. You can track any book lent to a friend. You can also set up a list of borrowers and track the history of books that have been loaned out.

Many standard reports are included or you can design your own custom reports with just the specific fields you wish to see.

This can be your personal library system. You can also search the entire database for a specific title, author, or review of a book. You can enter your own comments and ratings and print labels for your collection. (Requires LABEL MAKER)

The screen shot above shows the Browse screen for Book Library. You can search the entire database for a specific title, author, or review of a book. You can also print all the information for a specific highlighted book or view any Memos or Notes or Reviews from this screen. You will also view number of books on file and the total value of all the books in your inventory on this screen.

The screen shot above shows the Changing a Book Inventory Record screen. There are several tabs of data that should be entered for each book or magazine in your library. You can track books you have loaned out and enter multiple locations to assist in finding certain books in your collection.

The screen shot above shows the Value/For Sale/Sold tab. This tab allows you to enter the price and market value of the book, where you purchased it and the date you purchased it. It also allows you to enter any sale information.
