This application provides Department 56 collectors with software to manage their collection.

You can manually add your villages or pull them from the master database of over 2900 items that comes with A/C. The master database includes items from the following villages:

  • AMERICAN PRIDE COLLECTION
  • CHRISTMAS IN THE CITY VILLAGE
  • DICKENS VILLAGE
  • DISNEY PARKS VILLAGE
  • HERITAGE VILLAGE

  • MONOPOLY BRAND CITYLIGHTS
  • NEW ENGLAND VILLAGE
  • SNOW VILLAGE (including Halloween Series)
  • NORTH POLE (including North Pole Woods)
  • SEASONS BAY
  • STORYBOOK VILLAGE
  • GENERAL ACCESSORIES


If you wish, import an entire village and then just click on which items you have. Track items that you "Have", "Want to Sell", items that have "Sold", or items you "Want". Attach pictures of your collection and print inventory reports for insurance purposes. A variety of reports allow you to print market value reports, inventory reports, for sale lists, want lists, packing lists or design your own custom reports. There are over 40 fields of information for each piece.

Software compatible with Windows 95, 98, Me, NT, 2000, XP, and Vista.


The screen shot above is the Browse screen. From this screen you will be able to see the summary of how many items you have in your collection and their collection value. Finding an item is quick and easy even in large collections. You can sort by OEM #, Village, Description, and Location to name a few. You can import your specific villages from the main database if you wish and click on the items that are in your collection.

The screen shot above shows the Changing record screen. From this screen you can view all the pertinent information about this item, enter any specific notations on the Memo tab, attach pictures and enter any selling information on the Disposal tab. There is a User tab that allows you to customize up to four additional fields.

The screen shot above shows a picture of the highlighted item in inventory. You can enter up to 2 images per item.

The screen shot above shows a sample page from the database that comes with the program. There are over 2100 items from all the Department 56 villages in the database. You can pull these items into your collection, review the database, and print reports from it.

The screen shot above shows the Department 56 Family Tree, which allows you to view the relationships between all the Department 56 villages.

The screen shot above shows how you can set up a customized report, which includes only the fields you wish.
