This application provides collectors of Hallmark and other fine Christmas ornaments and related items with full-featured software to organize and manage their collection. Database size is unlimited, entry and retrieval is quick and easy through the use of our targeted software for Ornaments. Track costs, market values, items for sale, those sold, and those you wish to find. Reports include Market Value (great for insurance purposes), Cost Report, Want Lists, Sell Lists, Sold Items (with profit/loss by date range), Purchase Report (by date range), Picture Report, and Specific Asset. Our new Category reports allow you to evaluate and sub-total your collection by Manufacturer, Type, Series, or by Year of issue. You can also design your own reports to include only the data you wish.

There are over 45 fields of information that can be set up as needed for your collection. Select from our standard reports or create your own custom favorites. Add pictures of your ornaments and include detailed memos. Use the Search feature to find any word or phrase in your collection. Additional features allow you to Import an existing collection or Export your data for use in another software program.

The screen shot above is the Browse window. This window will display your entire Ornament collection, with thumbnail pictures of each item. From this window you will be able to see the summary of how many items you have in your collection and their collection value. Finding an item is quick and easy even in large collections. You can sort by File #, Description, Status, Manufacturer, Type, Series, and Year of issue to name a few.

You can quickly duplicate an asset if you obtain a second one or have several similar items that need to be entered. You can easily print all information regarding any item in your collection.

The screen shot above shows the edit Ornament record window. From this window you can view all the pertinent information about any item in your Ornament collection, enter any specific notations or variations on the Memo tab, attach pictures (up to 4 per item) and enter any selling information on the Disposal tab. There is a User tab that allows you to customize up to twelve additional fields.

Through the use of our setup feature, this screen can be specifically tailored for your collection.

The screen shot above shows how a picture can be attached to each item in your collection. You can attach up to four (4) pictures for every item.

The screen shot above shows some of the setup features that are used to customize your Ornament Collection windows. Modify the sorting sequences (Manufacturer, Type, and Series), turn on and off standard features, and add up to twelve more customized fields. Design and print your own reports.
