HMS PROFESSIONAL HOME INVENTORY is a comprehensive software package that enables you to provide Home Inventory services to multiple clients. Based on our very popular HMS Home Inventory, this software allows you to maintain a separate Home Inventory for each of your clients. Switching from one client to another is just a matter of a mouse click.
When you have finished a client's Home Inventory, you can provide them with a variety of reports or you can prepare a CD that they can use in their own computer. The client will be able to view and print reports from the CD, however they will not be able to make changes or additions, thus ensuring that they come back to you when an update is necessary.

The screen shot above, shows your clients database. You can enter as many clients as you wish. HMS PROFESSIONAL HOME INVENTORY allows you to maintain a separate database for each of your clients. Maintain contact information and notes regarding each of your clients. Working with a client is as easy as clicking on the client. |

Once a client is selected to work with, HMS PROFESSIONAL HOME INVENTORY provides a full range of options to make your job of entering your client's inventory quick and easy. You can also access the reporting module and custom features of the program. | 
The screen shot above shows an example of a client's Home Inventory database. You can sort the database in a variety of ways and finding any item is quick and easy. Totals are readily available and inventory reports can be printed directly from here. To add or maintain items, simply press the Insert or Change buttons. The screen shot above shows the data form on which you input your client's information. There are ample fields to accommodate any type of item. Across the top of the form, you will see several additional Tabs that provide other pages of available fields. | 
The screen shot above shows how you can attach a picture to every item in your client’s database. You can attach two pictures, a warranty and a receipt to every item in the database. |

The screen shot above shows how easy it is to create a CD that you can give to your client, which will allow them to view the results of the Home Inventory you provided for them. Just press a button and HMS PROFESSIONAL HOME INVENTORY will create a CD that contains your clients database and all the pictures that you have attached to items.
Your client will be able to view the database in a friendly self-starting program and see the pictures and they will also be able to print out reports, saving you the time and effort of printing them. However, your client will not be able to make any changes to the Home Inventory without coming back to you. |
