This program allows you to create a database of names, addresses, or whatever information you wish to be able to print out on labels. You can then create lists, i.e. Christmas card mailing lists, and produce a complete set of mailing labels with the click of the mouse.

HMS supports several popular dot-matrix and ink-jet/laser label formats. Print labels normal or in color, or in italics. This module interfaces directly with the PHONE BOOK module.

The above screen shot shows the main window of the Label Maker program. You can manually add names and addresses or import them from the Phonebook. Once a name is entered, it will always be available for future printing. Selecting labels to print is quick and easy. You can click on any label to add it to the print list or you can select from pre-set lists that contain multiple names you have set up. Printing multiple copies of the same label is also just a mouse click away. Label Maker also provides several types of specialty labels such as numbered labels, monthly labels, and alpha labels.

The above screen shot shows Label Maker's printing options. You can print labels in one of several fonts or font sizes, various colors, and various label formats. Label Maker supports several popular label sizes for both laser/ink-jet or continuous feed dot-matrix printers. You can also force Upper Case printing and limit printing to specific lines.

The above screen shot shows a sample of a label mailing list. One use of this feature is to create a Christmas mailing list and track both cards sent and cards received. By using lists you can always quickly print a set of labels.
