PHONE BOOK is an electronic phone number index. Keep all your phone numbers and addresses in one handy place. HMS has the ability to keep as many phone numbers on file for each person as needed. Separate phone numbers by company or name. Create an Internet address book for all your favorite Internet Addresses and emails.

The screen shot above shows a page from the PHONE BOOK. HMS provides ample room for name, company name, address and several phone numbers as well as user defined phone types. There is also a memo field for tracking notes. All entries are cross-referenced by name and company.
Add a person's email address and you can automatically send an email right from the phone book. If you forget a person's name or address, use the search function to quickly locate them. The HMS PHONE BOOK interfaces directly with Label Maker allowing you to print labels. You can print an entire phonebook or just a specific person. | 
The screen shot above shows a sample of the Internet Address book. This program allows you to store all your favorite Internet addresses and email addresses. Entries in the PHONE BOOK are automatically added. Use Internet Address book to automatically launch your web browser and go directly to a web site or to send an email. You can also print out lists of your favorite addresses. |
