HMS Photo Manager provides an easy way to organize and categorize your digital pictures. Whether you collect pictures from your digital camera, from the web, or from scanned photographs, HMS Photo Manager is your solution to quickly locating any picture at any time.
HMS Photo Manager allows you to create a photo album in seconds; then you can add specific information regarding each photograph. Picture albums can then be displayed in Slide Shows or in Thumbnail Displays. Picture searches allow you to quickly find any type of picture, specific people, places or events and then easily create new picture albums from these searches.
HMS Photo Manager has just been updated with a new feature that allows you to create a Photo CD of any of your albums. All you need is a CD burner and HMS Photo Manager.
Just click a button and HMS Photo Manager will copy your favorite pictures on to a CD that you can mail to family or friends. All they need to do is insert the CD into their computer. HMS CDPhoto will automatically start, and display your pictures in a Slide Show or individually. You can even customize the CD with a personal message.
HMS Photo Manager also supplies you with several printing layouts that allow you to design and print a complete picture album in seconds.

The above screen shot shows a sample of the Pictures file. All your pictures are stored in albums. There is no limit to the number of albums or pictures you can have. You can sort your pictures by album, subject, date, category, people, or places making it easy to find a picture. You can also perform searches that will allow you to scan all your pictures and find any picture almost instantly. By creating references to your digital pictures, Photo Manager will find your pictures no matter where you store them on your hard drive. You can also select pictures to create new albums from this window. Because Photo Manager creates references to your pictures, a picture can actually be in as many albums as you wish. | 
The above screen shot shows a page from the picture file. This page allows you to assign people, places, subjects, categories, and even text to every picture you have. Use your favorites file to quickly assign a person or place to a picture. Use the picture tab to display a full size image of the picture. Once you have entered the data, search functions allow you to easily find any picture or group of pictures. You will never loose that favorite photograph of Aunt Annie again. | 
The above screen shot shows a full size image of your picture. You can easily display an album in a slide show where you control the speed. Pause the show if you wish and backup to a previous slide. Creating a new album is quick and easy, just download your pictures from your camera to your hard drive, set a couple defaults and Photo Manager does the rest. | 
The above screen shot is a sample of an album shown in thumbnail format. This display allows you to quickly scan any album, 15 pictures at a time. Right click on any picture to change its information or display a full-size image. You can easily select pictures from this window to create new albums. |
