The screen shot above shows the Browse screen for VIDEO LIBRARY. You can search the entire database for a specific title, star, category or various other criteria of a video. You can also print all the information for a specific highlighted video or view any Memos for the highlighted video from this screen. You will also view the total number of videos on file and the total value of all the videos in your inventory on this screen. | 
The screen shot above shows the Changing a Video Inventory Record screen. There are several tabs of data that should be entered for each video in your library. You can track videos you have loaned out and enter multiple locations to assist in finding certain videos in your collection | 
The screen shot above shows the BORROWED/DISPOSED/FOR SALE tab. This tab allows you to keep track of any items you wish to sell, have sold or disposed of or have lent to someone else and the dates. This is helpful for tracking your collection and knowing where any video is at any given time. |
