The HMS Scrubber software is a powerful program that provides an easy solution for telemarketers, real estate agents, mortgage professionals, and other agents or companies making sales calls. You can now scrub your calling lists and comply with the FTC do not call laws. This software is easy to use and quickly scans your lists. This software provides the tools you need to scrub your own lists without sending them off to an outside source. Once you purchase the software, you will be able to scan all of your lists without any additional cost. There are no additional fees, licenses, or maintenance fees to use our software. You will however need to register and pay for the area codes you wish to market in with the National Do Not Call Registry and any state registries that you market in. HMS Scrubber comes in three convenient versions to fit your company's needs. 1) HMS Scrubber Ultra Lite - Allows full scrubbing (unlimited number of prospects) of up to 7 area codes, no state scrubbing. 2) HMS Scrubber Lite - Allows full scrubbing (unlimited number of prospects) of up to 25 area codes, no state scrubbing. 3) HMS Scrubber - Allows full scrubbing of all area codes and also state scrubbing. Note: HMS Scrubber currently only supports the following states: Florida, Pennsylvania, and Texas. The screen shot above shows how you can scrub your prospect list quickly and easily. Just identify the phone number column in your list and then scrub. Long lists can be scrubbed in a matter of minutes. Your original list will be maintained and a new list will also be created with each of your prospects marked as to whether you can call or not.
