ModTech, Inc. is the exclusive distributor of A/C Absolute Control ®, customized software. We were founded in 1994 in Scottsville, New York and focused on customized business software that would bring absolute control to the small to medium sized businesses. A/C Absolute Control ® was designed and conceived by business owners for business owners to provide customized software for a complete corporate solution at a fraction of the price.

In 1999 we moved our main corporate office to Cape Coral, Florida. Since that time we have also focused on creating customized software to organize and make your personal and business lives easier, giving you A/C Absolute Control ®. We are now offering a complete selection of home management programs designed to give the homeowner the same capabilities that businesses have been able to take advantage of for years.

HMS, Home Management Suite is a complete suite of software programs designed for the homeowner. Our core product is an inventory management system to enable you to track your personal belongings and valuables. We also offer a complete wedding planning program. This is only the beginning of HMS. The Home Management Suite also contains many other modules; each specifically designed to make a particular job in your life easier i.e., collection management and password organization.
