Shipping Policy

All of our software products are available as an electronic download from our website, therefore there is no shipping charge to anyone.

If you prefer to have the software you have purchased shipped to you on a CD, then there is a $9.95 charge, which covers the cost of shipping and handling worldwide. If you purchase multiple software products from us at one time, then there is only one shipping and handling charge.

Return Policy

All of our software products are available in trial (demo) format as a download from our website. You can try out any software prior to purchasing to see if you want to purchase. When a software product is purchased, you will be emailed an access code that will unlock the demo and convert the program to a fully functional version. Because all software can be tested prior to purchase, no refunds will be given after purchase.

How does ModTech, Inc. protect customer information?
Each ModTech, Inc. employee is made aware of, fully understands and is compliant with all of our Privacy and Security policies. We use state-of-the-art technology to protect your data from unauthorized third parties. Currently ModTech, Inc. uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software to protect your data and secure your transactions. SSL encrypts all your personal information, including your credit card number, name and address as it is transmitted over the Internet. Our server is further protected by a firewall to prevent unauthorized access to any information that we store. Please make sure that you are using a browser that is SSL-enabled, such as Netscape Navigator version 3.0 or higher or Microsoft Internet Explorer version 3.0 or higher. We recommend upgrading all browser software to the latest versions.

What information does ModTech, Inc. collect? How is it used?
When you order, we need to know your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. We personalize your shopping experience by using your purchases to shape our recommendations about our products and other merchandise that might be of interest to you. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the site. We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the site, new ModTech, Inc. services, and special offers we think you'll find valuable. What does ModTech, Inc. do with "cookies" and IP addresses?

ModTech, Inc. respects your privacy. ModTech, Inc. does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others without your prior consent. We may share non-personal, aggregate statistical information regarding our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and site usage with our partners. For example, we may develop summary, not individual, reports for our advertisers. An example of a summary report might be "10,000 people clicked on Advertisement A today and of those people, 10% had previously purchased a product from ModTech, Inc." We never tell our partners who it was that saw or clicked on their advertisements unless you have specifically told us this is acceptable.When you create an account at ModTech, Inc., you have the option to receive email with information which we think you will find useful, including announcements about new products and services from ModTech, Inc., as well as communications on behalf of third-party companies who offer products and services we think would be of value to you.
